1.      Further improve progress and outcomes in reading, particularly comprehension.

2.      Further increase the proportion of outstanding teaching by addressing inexperience through the sharing of outstanding practice.

3.     Plan for leadership succession in order to sustain quality over time.

Additional Priorities 2015/16

 

·          Further develop RE as a vehicle for driving progress throughout the curriculum.  Due to the special character of our school, this will                      always be an ongoing area for development.

·          Further develop our pupils as active learners.

·          Improve the quality of the presentation of pupils’ work, including handwriting.

·          Further improve attendance.
